At Chefs for You, we prepare all food fresh to order and take pride in delivering quality meals. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been made, unless otherwise stated.
1. Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your food. We will review your concern and determine an appropriate solution, which may include:

2. Catering Orders
Catering deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Any remaining catering payments may be refundable depending on timing and preparation already completed.
